It’s not just the referrals of your friends and family, and using us to buy and/or sell property (although that is what we love). It’s also understanding when we have to cut a visit short to go meet a client or inspector. It’s understanding when we show up to an event or a meeting late because we needed to help a client with an issue. It’s answering the phone when we need your expertise to guide us, and our clients, through an issue on a property.
